ROCOL SAPPHIRE 1 is a heavy-duty bearing grease designed for effective lubrication and protection of all types of ball, roller and plain bearings.
- A soft bearing grease, ideal for applying by grease gun, but offers easier pumpability so is also suited to remote pipework.
- Particularly suited to heavily-loaded applications, with a weld load of 800kg.
- Highly resistant to oxidation, providing greatly extended lubrication intervals, typically 3x longer than with conventional lubricants.
- Excellent corrosion resistance, protecting in wet or humid conditions.
- Revolutionary multi-complex soap technology, offering superior performance.
- Blue in colour for high-visibility in use.
- Maintains integrity in extreme conditions.
- Temperature range: -30°C to +160°C.
- Recommended applications/industries include; ball roller & thrust bearings, heavy industry, manufacturing, docks & ports, rail and automotive.
