The TrackUp programme is based on the philosophy of creating value for our customers. For HAYLEY DEXIS, TrackUp acts as a process and platform for recognising, recording, reporting, and repeating the ways in which we deliver value. It also allows the sharing of best practice across the breadth of the DEXIS Europe network, inspiring others to identify opportunities for value both in the UK and abroad.
We are more than just a partner for component supply, instead we look at offering the optimal total solution, with value integrated firmly within. In this way, we differentiate ourselves from others in the field, especially online-only suppliers who are unable to uncover the opportunities for added value.

There are a few distinct ways that TrackUp recognises value, and this enables us to clearly identify what kind of value has been delivered with each transaction or on each project.
Spend
We have assisted the customer in reducing their expenditure (e.g., by supplying a product with a longer service life, delivering a service that will allow equipment to last longer, or by reducing labour costs).
Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
We have assisted the customer in reducing their asset costs (e.g., by enabling stock reduction, consignment stock, vendor management inventory).
Income
We have assisted the customer in either protecting or increasing their income (e.g., reduce downtime, increase operational efficiency/productivity).
Services
We have delivered or facilitated the delivery of services (e.g., site surveys, training, technical support), for the customer.
Process & Systems
We have assisted the customer in reducing their process burdens and costs (e.g., consolidated invoicing, EDI, kitting).
Other
We have delivered value for the customer that does not fall into the above categories (e.g., safety or environmental sustainability improvements).
