HTC Shaft Repair Sleeve
When a seal wears a groove into a shaft, the maintenance engineer must consider the expensive and often time-consuming task of replacing the shaft. The HTC Shaft Repair Sleeve offers an alternative for quickly repairing the shaft. Our HTC Shaft Repair Sleeves enable the engineer to slide the Shaft Repair Sleeve straight over the worn area easily without specialised tools to create a brand-new, smooth surface. When a repair is needed fast, they reduce downtime by getting machinery back into running order quickly. They are also compatible with standard seals and available in a wide range of sizes to accommodate various shaft diameters and applications.
High-performance Rotary Seals
Our HTC Rotary Seals are built for demanding applications across manufacturing, food processing, and heavy engineering. Each seal features optimised lip profiles and high-grade elastomeric compounds. The R23 Double lip design includes an unsprung auxiliary (wiper) lip for enhanced protection against dirt, dust, and moisture in hard-working environments. Made from Nitrile Rubber (NBR), they have high resistance to petroleum-based oils, greases, and water, ensuring they don’t leak lubricant and preventing contamination.
HTC Gasket Seals
Our HTC Gasket Seals are engineered to deliver high-integrity sealing for demanding industrial applications. Every seal ensures pressure-tight connections, reducing the risk of leaks and system failures at critical pipework and assembly points.
