Site Fitting

We can offer a call-out/breakdown service with an engineer available 24/7 to take your call. Alongside urgent breakdowns, we can also offer planned/arranged site work for maintenance, replace fitting, or repairs on-site.

Manufactured Endless Belting

From our workshop in Prees, we can manufacture bespoke conveyor belting, designed to suit your needs, ready to dispatch direct to the customer. With over 80 different types of material available in stock and a variety of applications to suit, we are confident that we can manufacture belts to suit any requirements.

Special Coated Belting

We can produce a wide range of covered belts, from timing belts to Flat belts to suit your industry. Covered belts help with the protection of the product in the belt’s environment. Depending on the type of coating, will depend whether it will increase or decrease the grip on the belt along with many other benefits of the application.

PTFE Belting

We can offer PTFE belts; these are high temperature performing belts used in several industries ranging from food and beverages to logistics.

Slitting Capabilities

With an arrangement of machinery, we can offer solutions in cutting down wide materials with capabilities up to 3m wide.

V-Guide Fitting

We can offer a choice of over 20 different styles and sizes of guiding to make sure the tracking on your belt meets the requirements of your application.

Edge Sealing

We can offer in-house edge sealing to our belts, a solution popular in the food industry and many other environments. Edge sealing helps to prevent fraying of the materials and extends a belt’s service life. It can also improve hygiene and durability in areas where high-pressure washdowns are utilised.

For belts ranging from 1ply up to 3ply in both PU and PVC materials.

CNC Hole Punching

With equipment which allows us to punch holes ranging from 5mm to 20mm in diameter for belts measuring up to 1.6 in width. This is a popular solution for vacuum belts.

Our engineers and technicians possess a wealth of knowledge within the belting industry that helps us support our customers with a variety of needs and applications.

On-site surveys

Our experienced engineering team are available to attend site and complete a comprehensive survey of your belts. This enables us to identify belts for our customers and ensure we have stock availability on the required materials and finished belts to best assist in the event of a failure.

Food Industries

We are specialists in providing belt solutions for the food industry, particularly meat and cheese processing and preparation. Food safety and hygiene is one of your most important concerns; our supply includes belting material specifically designed for use in food production, including PTFE, high-temperature, easy cleaning and anti-bacterial properties – everything you need for compliant, efficient and reliable processing.

Agricultural Environments
