A Full Range of Fluid Power Training Courses
Our pneumatics courses are accredited by the British Fluid Power Association (BFPA), and successful participants receive BFPA training passports, recognized throughout the industry.

All Our Courses are Tailored to the Requirements of the Attendees
We offer one and two-day training courses covering a range of fluid power subject areas, to assist our customers in investing in their greatest asset; their people. Course material is constantly reviewed and updated to reflect the latest technological innovations and safety regulations.
All our courses are tailored to the requirements of the attendees and balance classroom-based learning with hands-on, practical skills. Sessions can be delivered either at our West Midlands-based training centre, or at customer sites.
Our pneumatics training courses have been approved by the British Fluid Power Association (BFPA) and we are able to supply those who pass these courses with industry-recognised BFPA training passports.

This is the entry level to the BFPA Learning and Development Programme, introducing the three-tier competence-based qualifications in the maintenance and management of pneumatic systems.
It combines the necessary knowledge and skills base to ensure competency in working with pneumatic equipment and systems.
Electro-pneumatics are successfully used in many areas of industrial automation. Production, assembly, and packaging systems worldwide are driven by electro-pneumatic control systems. The changes in requirements together with technical advances have had a considerable impact on the appearance of controls. In the signal control section, the relay has increasingly been replaced by the programmable logic controller in order to meet the growing demand for more exibility. Modern electro-pneumatic controls also implement new concepts in the power section to meet the needs of modern industrial practice.
Examples of this are the valve terminal, bus networking and proportional pneumatics. We look at the structure and mode of operation of the components used for setting up an electro-pneumatic control and provide reference material for the training course Introduction to Electro-pneumatics.
This course is designed to show the correct practices needed to work safely with and around Hydraulics. Designed as either an excellent induction course for someone new to the industry or a superb safety course for people who are not primarily hydraulic or fluid power technicians but work from time to time on machinery containing hydraulic components.
Our half-day training seminar demonstrates system optimisation methods, with many able to achieve compressed air savings of up to 80%.
Using simple techniques and low-cost components, the course walks delegates through a number of stages that are all capable of producing significant reductions in the compressed air used, resulting in spectacular cost-savings.
