Project Overview
The customer required a batch of 50 stainless steel connectors to be manufactured strictly in line with their supplied technical drawing. These components were destined for use within precision measurement and monitoring systems, making dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and traceability critical to the success of the project.
In addition to manufacturing the parts, the customer also required a full documentation pack to support compliance and quality assurance, including inspection reports, material certification, and a certificate of conformity.
Scope of Work
Our involvement covered the full manufacturing process, from precision machining through to final inspection and documentation. Each stainless steel connector was produced exactly to the customer’s drawing, with tight tolerances maintained throughout production. Once machining was complete, every part was processed through our internal inspection room at our Midlands facility. This ensured full dimensional verification and quality compliance before the components were approved for dispatch. Alongside the physical components, we prepared a comprehensive documentation pack, including inspection reports, material certificates, and certificates of conformity, allowing the customer to integrate the parts into their systems immediately upon delivery.
Despite the precision and documentation requirements, we were able to complete the order efficiently and deliver the components ahead of schedule.
