The Problem

A returning automotive customer required 1,000 precision-machined pins, manufactured to their technical drawing, with several critical features held to ±0.005 mm tolerances. The challenge was not just achieving these tight tolerances—but maintaining consistent accuracy across a high-volume batch, while ensuring full documentation and traceability.

The Solution

Bespoke Components delivered a complete, controlled solution combining high-volume precision turning with robust quality assurance processes. Working with 303 stainless steel, we carefully managed supplier selection and machining processes to maintain tight tolerances throughout production.

All components were fully inspected at our Midlands base, with comprehensive documentation provided, including:
