Our repair centres can carry-out work on AC/DC motors on and up to 50 tonnes, as well as AC/DC motors, pumps, geared units, fans, coil rewinds, and servos.
Our experienced team can visit customer sites to assist with fault-finding, prior to them entering our repair centre. Removal, installation and bearing changes are also available as on-site additional services.
Photographic evidence at every step of the process, from the point of the unit entering the workshop to the point where the repaired/rewound motor leaves us, gives customers full visibility of the job at each stage. Detailed written reports are also provided.
The specialist equipment that we have available to us means that winding is fully tested before and after work has taken place. Our state-of-the-art burn-out oven is also used to remove old windings.
On-site support is available when needed for inspection, plant removal, commissioning, and installation work.
All units are provided back to our customers with a full test certificate.
