Our facility boasts well-maintained specialist machinery to produce high-quality gears, including three Sunderland gear planing machines and four Gleason Phauter gear hobbing machines.
We can manufacture machine-cut gears up to 2.5 metres, hobbed gears up to 2.0 metres, and ground gears up to 1.48 metres in diameter.
Our team are able to reverse engineer bespoke or obsolete components from drawings or samples. These are then linked to our parts master database for future orders.
All work is carried-out in accordance with a complete quality control and MRP system, approved to ISO 9001.
We have invested in an industry-leading Gear Production Suite (GPS) to enable us to provide a gear design service that meets ISO 6336 standards. We work with our customers and use the GPS to establish a suitable and cost-effective solution every time.
