We help multiple customers daily with their hose assembly requirements from our dedicated hose cell in Halesowen, West Midlands. We are registered with the BFPA hose assembly scheme and an approved Gates hose assembler.
We can produce hose assembles for up to 2” R15 for hydraulic hoses and up to 6” for industrial hoses.
As part of our hose assembly function, we also have a range of quality and performance testing, cleaning, and flushing capabilities, ensuring hoses are ready-to-use as soon as they reach you.
Same and next-day or scheduled delivery options are available for most of our hose assemblies, providing you with flexibility as required.
Our hose assembly cell has the latest equipment that enables us to produce bespoke ‘one-off’ hoses, kits and bundling, as well as prototypes and 3D CAD models.
Our assembly cell is staffed by an experienced team of specialist hose assembly technicians. Working from drawings, photography and samples, we support cost down projects with true, port-to-port re-engineering.
