As a trade partner you have access to full technical support from our specialist product teams, including bearings, fluid power, power transmission, and lubricants.
Pricing and Payment
We can transact your order in a variety of currencies, including Euros, US Dollars and Great British Pounds. You don’t need an account to place an order, we can accept payment via card and bank transfers. However, for repeat customers, a credit account can be requested following all relevant credit checks.
Logistics
We utilise a variety of internationally recognised couriers, ensuring that your orders are fully tracked, insured and on time. These include DHL, TNT, UPS, and Fedex, via a mixture of road, sea and air freight. Where a product is in stock we can offer same-day dispatch for all orders placed before 4:00 pm GMT, Monday to Friday. We also offer consolidated shipments for multiple orders for greater convenience and reduction in costs. Our service includes arranging all documentation and specifying appropriate packaging, to ensure swift and accurate delivery through customs.
