The Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer at an Energy Recovery Facility (ERF) in South Wales, contacted their local HAYLEY DEXIS branch, to report a boiler breakdown. The issue had been created by a failed trunnion mounted cylinder. A replacement for this component was required urgently, along with some accessories. No part numbers were available.
