The customer, a leading building materials supplier, required a 4” suction hose at their quarry in the South West of England. The hose was needed for transferring hot dust and would use Unicone fittings. A solution was needed within challenging time constraints.
The Solution
The technical hose department within HAYLEY DEXIS | Fluid Power was contacted by the customer’s local branch. The team was immediately able to provide advice, and once accepted by the customer, they set to work on creating and locating hoses, seals, and filters to satisfy the customer’s requirements. Technical knowledge of the application within the team, helped to get a suitable solution quickly packaged-up and sent to the customer’s site.
